Like a deep breath, this piece begins with the harp, allowing for a moment of stillness. Developing into a wall of sound, Lullaby incorporates elements and extended techniques of the violin and cello to invite the listener in experiencing the excitement of a new love. Supporting the musical compounds, the lyrics invite the described lover to show them the wonderful feelings and elements of love.
